It’s not just sick children that need help, also kids from unstable backgrounds that grow up in vulnerable communities are on our priority list. One of the better examples is the foundation “Jij bepaalt wie je bent “( you decide who you are / who you can be).

This foundation tries to make a difference for young underprivileged children in the Netherlands and the Netherlands Caribbean by means of  Special support programs consisting of medical care, extra teaching hours, and daily sport-activities. I have witnessed some of the activities and spoken with several Rotterdam and Curacao/Aruba teachers and was touched by their stories/achievements.
